Downtown Transit Oriented Development Project - Updated on September 4, 2024
Thank you for your continued patience regarding the ongoing Draper St. improvement project. There is some minor cleanup work that will to be completed on the slurry seal, as well as the added pavement markings (parking, crosswalks, centerlines, etc.).
The pavement marking contractor has an opening in their schedule and have indicated they can complete the pavement markings on Friday, September 6th and Monday, September 9th. Draper St. will have periodic closures each day from 5am – 1pm. The contractor will be completing parking stall marking on Friday (9/6), and centerline and crosswalk work on Monday (9/9). On Friday, we anticipate that only parking will be impacted – meaning the travel lanes will remain open. The contractor will open parking up as soon as the paint is dried. On Monday, travel may be impacted as they complete crosswalk work. We ask residents to be aware that they may need to use alternate routes, especially during school drop off. We apologize for any inconvenience.
