Kingsburg Community Assistance Program (KCAPS) located at 1139 Draper Street is available as a warming center when temperatures are 55 degrees and below between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information please call KCAPS at 559-897-7961.
