City Manager

The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Kingsburg appointed by the City Council. The City Manager is responsible to the City Council for the proper and efficient administration of all affairs and the day-to-day operation of the City.


Duties delegated and assigned to the City Manager by the City Charter include, but are not limited to:

  • Enforcement of laws
  • Personnel Officer
  • Preparation of annual budget
  • Oversight of financial activities
  • Intergovernmental relations
  • Oversight of all City officers, Departments, and community relations
