The Memorial Park bathrooms are going to receive a much needed upgrade and repair! Over the last 21 years, the park restrooms have experienced vandalism and general wear and tear. During the October 4, 2023 City Council meeting city staff identified the need to replace the Memorial Park restrooms with a new pre-manufactured building due to the deterioration of the current facilities. The existing restroom areas will be converted and used as janitorial and equipment storage rooms.

With Council's approval to move forward, the restroom replacement is anticipated to cost approximately $401,200. The construction of the new project is anticipated to be completed in Spring 2024.
